Regulations of the Dolbia Animal Rehabilitation Center

General conditions

• At the first visit, please provide your data:
  ✴Patient’s data (sex, race, date of birth, vaccination status – mandatory rabies vaccination)
  ✴ Owner’s data (residential address and telephone, email address)
  ✴The patient’s history of illness, previous treatment, past illnesses, current state of health
  ✴Direction from the attending physician (in case of referral for specific treatments), please send us by e-mail or deliver to us in person

• Please arrive at the appointment 10 minutes earlier– Classes / therapies take place punctually at the appointed time, being late shortens the time of the visit,
• Appointment dates are set in person at the reception, by phone at +48 518 195 347 or online via the Center’s Facebook profile,
• Purchase of the service is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations of the DOLBIA Animal Rehabilitation Center,

Canceling visits

• The possibility of changing the date of the visit or its cancellation is possible without any financial consequences, if it is reported at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

• In the event that the cancellation of the visit takes place in less than 24 hours or the visit is not canceled, the owner bears 100% of the cost of the visit,

• The cost of the abandoned procedure will be added during the next visit

• In special cases, when the absence at the established visit is due to the patient’s or owner’s illness, it is possible to cancel the visit without financial consequences,

Obligations of the owner

• Getting acquainted with the regulations and compliance with the provisions written there,

• Providing all information on changes in the pet’s health on an ongoing basis,

• Punctual arrival for visits,

• Presence during pet visits,

• Guarding the pet in the Animal Rehabilitation Center to avoid conflicts between patients,

Before each next visit

• Please do not feed your pet at least one hour before therapy, as well as an hour after,
• Please make sure that your pet has used the toilet before entering,
• When participating in physical therapy, it is forbidden to use mobile phones,
• For hydrotherapy treatments, please bring your own towel,
• After the hydrotherapy treatment, you can use the shower, shampoo and dryer.

We do not accept animals:

• Without current vaccinations,

• With symptoms of kennel cough,

• Clearly neglected (dirty and unpleasantly smelling),

• Aggressive, over which the owner is not able to control,

• With temporary intestinal problems, please change the previously agreed dates,

• Females during the run should stay at home
