Irmina Dudkowiak

veterinary technician, hydrotherapist, Labrador Retriever dog breeder, owner of Dolbia Animal Rehabilitation Centre

For 16 years. with successes, I am addicted to breeding Labrador Retriever dogs.

I’ve been crazy about dogs since I remember. I did not pass by any indifferently, so the road to kindergarten took a very long time every day.

Since I take care of dogs 24 hours a day, so It seems to me that I know quite well their needs, as well as the problems they sometimes face. I am an active participant in dog show in Poland and in many European countries. For exhibition dogs, movement is of great importance. I always insist that the dogs of mine have an ecsterier as close as possible to the pattern, because I know how important it is for the proper functioning of the dog. Both the one who is a companion of the family, much less the dog that works.

And labradors are used in many areas of life.
Therefore, some time ago I was interested in the topic of improving the quality of life of working, sports dogs as well as after orthopedic and neurological operations. And so that curiosity took me to where I was. I have completed a course in zoo physiotherapy and am a veterinary technicians. I also completed an intensive hydrotherapy course in the UK, certified by the British Hydrotherapist Association.

I want to keep growing, so I certainly wouldn’t want to stop there.

Julia about herself: „I am a zoophysiotherapist by education and passion, I graduated from the Animal Physiotherapy Study in Wrocław. I have been interested in animals and their fate all my life. From an early age I consider dogs and cats to be true friends and equal family members. I treat my pet and its caretaker. as a dog (cat) -human duo. I approach each animal individually and with full commitment, and not as another „accident” to be checked. I am glad that my work helps them lead a happy life with loving caregivers. In addition to zoophysiotherapy, I completed the course first aid for animals and I participate in a dog training course using positive methods with Marcin Wierzba. In my spare time I play the guitar, practice yoga and read books”.
